RETURNS POLICY FAQs
You have 30 days to return your order from the day you receive it. We accept all returns as long as they are in a brand a new condition. For example, unopened, unused and all seals are intact.
In the case of the order arriving damaged, faulty or incorrect please get in touch with our customer service team through our CONTACT US page. We will get this resolved swiftly for you. To ensure we can investigate and process your claim as quickly as possible please provide photographic evidence.

Return your items in 3 simple steps!
1. Login to your ACCOUNT, go to the item you wish to return and click the "Request Return" button, once this has been accepted you will be notified.
2. Your return label will be sent to your email address (If applicable) to print out and attach to your package.
3. Please take to your local postal services to return back to us. Once received you will be notified and refunded.
As long as the item follows our return policy and it is in pristine condition, unused, sealed and unopen.
Once we have received your return we will notify you by email. Our goal is to handle all returns within 3 business days of receiving them.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take between 3 -5 business days to be processed.
Once your return is processed you should receive a refund within 5 working days.
